Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments via a secure server- your details are completely safe. We also accept Paypal. If you prefer, you can enter your card details and we will process the payment manually when we despatch your order. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term because items are unique, in case we are no longer able to supply a particular product. |
| Shipping And Handling Goods are usually shipped via either first class post or recorded delivery. In some instances we may use either Royal Mail special delivery or UPS- we will notify you of the shipping method once goods have been despatched. Please note that unless you specify one of the signed for services (recorded, special delivery or UPS) goods are not insured for loss or damage in transit. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10 days. |
| Back Orders Due to the individual nature of the products, we don't keep backorders except where they are special orders. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if items are not in stock. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |

Returns Policy If for some reason you're not happy with your item, in the first instance please call us to discuss the best way to make you happy! We'll always try to ensure you're delghted with your purchase. If you wish to return goods for credit, we may ask you to cover return postage and may also charge a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
